stewed "meat" on rice

This dish is known as 卤肉饭 in Chinese. Stewed minced meat over rice. Over here, it tasted like mushroom bits and seitan were used instead.. It came with a very tasty herbal soup with meatballs made with mushrooms, wolfberries and Chinese herbs. I ordered an additional piece of dau gua (firm tofu) on the side.
