Stew Mei Cai Pork with Rice

Pleasantly surprised by how good the preserved veggies tasted. The “pork belly” was also fried till crispy.

My mom and I loved this a lot!!! The fatty p*rk was chewy, seemed to be made of konjac between mock meat? Mei cai wasn't too salty which was great!
