Steamed rice roll with wild mushrooms

Thank you to this app for bringing this dish to my attention. It was unctuous and unique and stuffed with wild mushrooms and had such a fabulous taste and texture contrast. One of the best thing I've ever had in a restaurant. I will be going back for this!!!

One of my fav apps at Saigon lotus (along side their fresh spring rolls). If you love mushrooms, you’re going to love this. These little rice rolls are stuffed with flavourful mushrooms inside and even topped with more crispy fried mushrooms on the top (my faaaav).
