Very delicious! Plant Bistro is the newest #allveganrestaurant in Ubud that I have been hearing so much about so I was excited to try some things from here !
I'm very happy with this #chickpea #omelette , stuffed with #spinach and #veganmozzarella . It was a simple dish and felt good to eat it. Their vegan mozzarella is sooo good, melty and gooey....Spinach and cheese, definitely a match made in heaven!
Served with a little greens and tomato which wasn't very exciting at all but the omelette is what we're here for !
The restaurant is absolutely beautiful with gorgeous views. Absolutely recommended!
