Spicy Vegetarian Pho

first time I ate was great, but when I went the second time I was not as satisfied... could do with a more generous serving of wheat meat (maybe because I'm actually a mock meat fan 🤪😂)! also, the soup wasn't spicy enough for me 😬🫠 generally good!

lovely bowl of thin vermicelli noodles with 2 pieces of tau kwa, lots of mock meatballs and a nice amount of spice! quite filling on its own
