Spicy Udon

This was my first visit to the new vegan restaurant at Selfridges, Adesse by Matthew Kenney. Had the Spicy Udon with Togarashi, Seared Tempeh, Shiitake Mushroom, Roasted Cashew, Hoisin. Loved it! Wonderful flavors. Beautiful presentation. I have not mastered eating the noodles gracefully, however. So it’s a good thing I was eating alone.
