Spicy Natural Vegan Ramen

🇯🇵🍜 Mmmmm. I’m craving this again already. We had this two weekends in a row, and I think it’s one of our favorite #ramen in London. This #spicy version is a bit too hot 🌶️for my French partner and he said he’d order the natural version next time. I like this one as there’s #garlic too. This is a #japanese chain so you can find them all over thankfully. I wish they had more vegan options so I’ll poke them. The toppings are great with broccoli🥦, tofu🫛, spring onion, mushrooms🍄‍🟫, and other things I don’t know. Maybe 🎋bamboo. Oh and two seaweed 🍘sheets. Definitely worth trying to see if it’s to your taste. Can’t remember the price but maybe £14 or so? #veganlondon #londoneats #veganramen

Stumbled upon this ramen joint that had 3 vegan ramens on the menu, plus vegan options in every other category of food as well. I enjoyed this dish overall. The broth was flavourful and the noodles so chewy. I did find it slightly odd how the tofu and veg toppings were cold but that didn’t at all ruin the dish. #ramen #tofu #tofulover 🍜
