Spicy Bibim Noodles

Really enjoyed the flavour of these noodles and how cooling it was to have it on a humid day! There was quite a generous portion of raw vegetables too and the kimchi tastes better than most I had before. It's really such a pleasant surprise finding a vegan option especially at a Korean restaurant!

I remember the soup used to contain anchovies. The soup they serve now is vegan friendly. Bean sprout only. I actually like the soup a lot. Noodles pretty good too and portion is decent. Always appreciate when businesses care enough to make options vegan friendly. 🌻
