What do you do when you’re in Siem Reap and craving Western food? Head to New Leaf Eatery, where they’ve got everything from avocado 🥑 toast with tofu scramble to burgers 🍔 with Violife vegan cheese. I loved that they had Beyond Burgers but also black bean burgers which I tend to prefer. The burger was pretty good, although to be honest eating here kind of felt like wasting a meal we could have been having at a local Cambodian spot! This was one heck of a burger! A delicious homemade bean patty and stacked with avocado and beets. Love that they gage both fries and salad, so I could choose how healthy I wanted to be.
