Spaghetti Pollino vegan

I was happily greeted by a huge portion of a meal. There was a lot of pasta/spaghetti. The flavours as a whole were good. There were lots of #veganchicken which I had to double check on because the texture wasn't what I was used to and they looked scarily real. More of the promised #mushrooms would have been great. There were very few hidden in all the spaghetti. The creamy napolitana sauce was tasty and enough was present to enjoy. Described as vegan chicken pieces in a creamy mushroom sauce, but received the vegan chicken crumbles and mushrooms in a dryish and very bland tomato-olive sauce. Also lots of spaghetti but not a lot of mushrooms or chicken crumbles (seems like they only sprinkle it across the top - also explains why the flavours do not blend), disproportionate. Disappointing. Chefs should be more authentic. 🍝 #chillilover
