This maki is quite nice. Its called soy meat floss, but the floss was alittle soggy from the sauce. Had a piece of cucumber, mock salmon and tuna inside.

This soy meat floss maki is a combi of crispy and sweet soy meat floss, chewy japanese rice, and "salmon", "crabmeat", and cucumber filling. The "salmon" and "crabmeat" tasted really similar to the real thing in terms of taste and texture. Overall, a tasty treat to share with friends!
