Soy-based Japanese Style Fried Chicken

ベジミート唐揚げ。ソースをつけるよりもベジミートの味付けをもう少し濃い目にしてくれるともっと美味しいかも?

The first bite hit my mouth. Absolutely loved it!!!

The texture of the fried chicken is special. Honestly not very ideal but not bad for a soy-based dish.

In Japanese the dish is called ベジミートの唐揚げ. It tasted so much like meat and I was very happy with the flavour.
