Southern Fried Poboy

SO good! This poboy was made with fried seasoned tofu, veg mayo, lettuce, and tomato. It was satisfying and filling! It came with some greens on the side. Seed is an all-vegan restaurant in New Orleans serving veganized southern comfort entrees, desserts, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. It is decorated nicely, the prices are reasonable, and the service was friendly.
