So happy to have a bowl of hot pippin’ soondubu after being caught in the afternoon showers. The slab of tofu was really soft and I’m very happy with the purple rice served with the spicy stew.
Yet another night of dragging my meat eating friends to vegetarian eateries. This was what my friend had. Spicy,but she didn't quite enjoy this spicy, she feels its a bit plain kind of spicy and not that much other taste. I tried it and kind of agree with it. 88/90 #veganisnotscary
Quite yummy and rather authentic~ but thought there’s some ‘Thai’ flavours when I drink up the soup close to the bottom of the pot~ 🤓
