Sojaschnitzel Wiener Art

War gut und sehr groß. Aber irgendwie hatte ich mehr erwartet.

Delightfully crispy schnitzel made from soy protein atop a creamy potato salad and crisp cucumber salad. Served with cranberry sauce, it made for the perfect bite! It was SO nice to be able to enjoy a traditional German dish while here in Germany! Föster’s specializes in veganizing traditional German dishes and they always opt for seasonal ingredients! If you ever come to eat here, make sure to reserve a few days in advance, because they are always booked up!
