Soba Salad with Ponzu Dressing

I don't know why but for the RM16 price tag I was expecting a more substantial #salad, the kind you can just about make work for a quick lunch. But this really was insufficient, I was #stillhungry at the end ☹️ The #soba was more like an ingredient than a serious carb source, this was more about the #cabbage and the #carrots - even the 4 or 5 slabs of #tofu didn't feel anywhere near enough. The #ponzu dressing was too salty for something this light, felt out of place 😬 I've fallen victim to a ponzu scam lol
