Smoky Eggplant and Pea Dosa

I had been missing out on genuinely good Indian vegan dosa before I discovered Mukka and that's all I would order there now. The smoky eggplant in the filling makes this such an earthy hearty meal and the dosa is always cooked perfectly.

This dosa was filled with a smoked eggplant and pea mixture, served with a spicy sambar dal and coconut chutney. It was delicious, the dosa itself was crisp, and the filling was well balanced. For $13.50, it was extremely filling. Mukka has plenty of Vegan and Vegetarian options, and it is very authentically Indian.
