Smokey Mushroom Melt

Their homemade seitan was a mild flavor, spongy texture, sliced and browned, on top of sauteed mushrooms and onions with a mixture of cheeses on top, served on a lightly toasted french bun, open face. It was warming and huge and delicious and filling. It came with a side of fries that had mild salt and spices. I would order it again. Nice place, the owners have been serving foods in the neighborhood for 40 years! I really wanted to try the homemade ice cream shakes but was too fill! #veganoutreach
