Smoked Gouda Mac and Cheeze

This was over the top good. It had shitake mushroom bac'n in it and the whole dish was just delicious. I hope to find them at a local brewery again soon so I can eat this again.

One if my favorite food trucks in the Twin Cities! This was a new dish for this season. I loved the mushroom bacon... Great flavor booster 😋

Yum! Love the noodle shape, and it held the cheeze sauce well. I’m not much of a mushroom person generally, but these were pretty tasty.

This is the best Mac and Cheeze around! The smoked gouda is heaven and the shiitake bacon mushrooms add that incredible zip to the dish! All dishes from this truck are heaven so much so that I hired them for my holiday party. So glad it’s food truck season!?
