Smashed Avocado Toast

This was exactly what this girl wanted for breakfast this morning! Smashed fresh avocado served on whole grain toast with shaved scallions and sliced radishes. Traditionally served with an egg on top, they were accommodating as I asked them to leave it off. Topped off with a mimosa made my last morning in Soho and memorable one! Another must try in my book!
