
DELICIOUS, full of flavor and of course love the presentation on a hot sizzin skillet 😋
Sisig, we learned, is traditionally made with pig head parts 😳 So it was really cool to eat a vegan version of that. It was small tofu chunks and mushrooms mixed with green bell peppers, it almost tasted like fajitas, it came out in a sizzling skillet. It was absolutely delicious. We also highly recommend the appetizer sampler platter- the crab cakes were to die for!
The dish was fantastic! It came on a sizzling hot cast iron platter. I added a vegan fried egg which was terrific, along with garlic rice. I finished the meal with their Leche Flan which was amazing.
