Si Chuan Monkeyhead Mushroom Rice

Apart from the famous satay, there's a lot more on their menu. This was barely spicy but the monkey head mushrooms were super fresh! Texture's great. There's some random veggies with shiitake, they give a lot of rice 🍚 #veganisnotscary
