My mom and I originally planned on Detriot Street Filling Station, but Saturdays are insane in that beautiful little college town. It's right smack dab in the farmers market as well. We ended up fishing a really fancy shopping plaza that was also crazy busy and found a Sweetgreen. There weren't any tables left to sit, and it was cold out, so we found yet another parking lot to sit and eat.
Anyway, the young girl working is also #vegan and wad able to easily prepare outer bowls. The Shroomami is one of their designated vegan bowls, so we went with that. This bowl was very large with roasted tofu, warm portobello mix, cucumbers, basil, shredded cabbage, roasted almonds, wild rice, shredded kale and a spicy miso sesame ginger dressing. Ths bowl was about $13 which was a good value for the large size and fresh ingredients. When it's not cold and rainy this little plaza has a beautiful patio.
