Shroom & Marrow Pasta

I’ve probably only ordered pasta in a restaurant 5x in my entire life...it’s just not my “Go To” dish... Tired of the usual vegan options I decided to give it a chance...Wow...! This is really delicious - a mix of exotic mushrooms with baby marrow zoodles, mangetout, turmeric and a hint of chilli in a super creamy coconut milk sauce... With a choice of Spaghetti or Fettuccine (the latter wins every time). Rich without being heavy (although I still couldn’t finish it). Definitely recommended.
