🧡 Shavige Bhath is another South Indian dish, popular in Karnataka as a breakfast and tea time snack. 🧡 This is essentially South Indian style fried vermicelli (rice noodles) with vegetables 😂🤣 🧡 Shavige means noodles. This dish is also called as vermicelli upma or vermicelli pulav. 🧡 I love this dish! The vermicelli is soft and very flavourful with carrots, peanuts, green chillies, mustard seeds, curry leaves, lemon, corriander, salt and shredded coconut. 🧡 So in love with it I will order it again, and perhaps attempt this in my kitchen one day 💖 Day23 #veganisnotscary #indianfood #firstdishreview #southindian #noodles #vermicelli #ricenoodles #friednoodles #stirfry @mtrsingapore
