The sesame walnut sauce is great and not too overwhelming. Having crunchy vegetables provides a nice texture contrast to the noodles + sauce. Would recommend this for anyone looking for a unique dish!
Reminds me so much of the 涼麵 in Taipei! So long... since I've had this sesame nutty flavour. And the noodles were amazing. So chewy and fresh. The slash of vegetables and mushroom goes very well with the noodles and gravy. Next time I will try the buckwheat noodles!
