Seitanic Sandwich

This #sandwich was DELICIOUS. My mouth waters by looking at these pics haha the flavor of the #seitan fajita strips was so good! I think it’s an original kind of sandwich: it’s sourdough panini bread, seasoned seitan strips, lettuce and tomato, cashew cheddar and veganese and ketchup! I think it also had spinach. I had it with sweet potato chips as my side. The whole meal was big, so yummy and filling. Sokko Happy Food I would say it’s in the top 3 vegan restaurants in #costarica. Super friendly staff, delicious food, great ambiance (swipe for a pic of me sitting in a wooden chair at the top of a real tree) and just great overall vegan restaurant. Recommend it once again to everyone visiting the city area of my country.
