Seitan Roast Dinner

This was really good! Lovely to have a Sunday roast option other than nut roast or Wellington (not that I don’t love them both). The Seitan was really nice, as were the potatoes, yum!! And a great amount of veg. The gravy was very thin, definitely needs to be a bit thicker. And I’d love a yorkie, if possible.
