Scrambled Tofu With Broccoli

Tofu scramble is not new but this is one of the tastier rendition I have tried. Can’t do wrong with it, no matter what meal of the day,

Very tasty! I guess the tofu is made to mimic the look of eggs and it does taste a tad similar. The cherry tomatoes provided a tinge of tartness to elevate the taste. Type of bread depends on what’s available on that day.

Very nutritious, although I feel like the tofu needs more flavor! It has tofu with turmeric, cherry tomatoes and broccoli (great texture!) in a sourdough bread. #veganisnotscary

Yummy scramble on toast! May require more salt & pepper for those like it strongly flavoured.
