Schnitzel with Potatoes

Not the best Seitan Schnitzel but definitely worth a try. A bit too tick and thus a bit too bread-y inside. The breading itself was very good and crispy.

Questi schnitzel sembravano veramente carne impanata... Impressionante! Buonissimi. L'unica cosa che ho apprezzato meno sono le patate lesse e la salsina di accompagnamento.

A good viennese vegan Schnitzel option. Potatoes were really well made. Perfect meal for a kid. Actually to big, he ate it also the next day.
