Sauce Takoyaki

Piccolo locale autogestito da una giovane ragazza, il piatto speciale sono i takoyaki disponibili in varie salse e gusti. La cosa che li contraddistingue è l’impasto realizzato con l’Okara ovvero il prodotto di scarto dalla preparazione del tofu con verdure miste. Rimangono morbide e dolcine, non centrano nulla in realtà con i takoyaki che alla fine somigliano molto piú a dei pancake salati. Molto buoni comunque, consiglio! Merita anche il locale come vedete dalle foto è molto particolare 🤣

So happy that I could find a #vegan takoyaki place in #Osaka! These are dough balls usually filled with octopus, here completely #plantbased and covered in sauce. There’s even a sign that warns guests of the amount of sauce that they use, haha, so if you’re not a sauce fan you can ask them to be light on it😆 Fun place!
