Satay Skewers

Marinated soy satay skewers served with a peanut sauce and fresh cucumber. Portion size included four skewers which was great value for a $12NZD starter. The texture of the soy chunks was chewy and lightly crispy but still tender - I think potentially made from yuba that had been coated in a spiced seasoning. Would definitely order this again!
