Satay Lemongrass Beef Vermicelli

This was my very favorite dish from our feast from Mitasie Vegan Cafe. The veggies were fresh and crisp. The soy beef had a great flavor. The noodles had the perfect texture and the dressing was just sweet and spicy deliciousness that pulled the dish together. 💯
