Salt Baked Celeriac

Wow!!! another just sublime experience. The celeriac was soft and crunchy and so satisfying at the same time. I loved the tapenades and sauce and how everything fit together. I am so grateful for this dinner. It was also very filling. Just superb.

Had mixed feelings about this dish especially when compared to the other plant-based dishes. The best part of this dish was the sauce and what can only be described as granola made from fresh apples.
