Soooo yummy! I think I actually enjoyed this more than I normally enjoy s&p tofu, because it’s something a bit different, and I love how DENSE it is! Really savoury and flavourful and satisfying. Fingers crossed that Puti find a new building to do business in, I’ll miss their food so much!
My first time trying tempeh as I always have tofu and this was lovely. #veganin2020
