SO flavorful and I really love how tasty this was — full of spices and herbs and nuts and chillies!!! 🌿🌶️ 🇻🇳 #vietnamese food is one of my faves and this didn’t disappoint! 2 small things — the portion size is a little small; the amount of disposable waste created for dining in is crazy… 🗑️ kinda would prefer reusables

Thought it was the blandest of the 3 bowls, thought the noodles could have more bite! Liked that it came w vegan protein by default always a huge ++++
