With fresh chopped garlic, carrots, green onions, bell peppers, broccoli & tofu, then stir-fried in
a light garlic sauce, this was simply delicious. I asked our server about the dish & he confirmed that it’s vegan as-is (unless one adds ‘animal protein’).
Highly recommend Ruk & looking forward to returning again soon. Served with a bowl of white rice. Also, I ordered extra veg for the dish & got bok choi.
