Soft bread with slight crisp on the toasted outside. Vegan roast beef has a nice slight sweetness and if eaten solo a bit of that artificial smokey flavor, but that blends well when eaten as a whole sandwhich Best of all was the slightly crispy, greasy edges of the roast beef slices. Tangy dressing, I didn't feel shorted or that it had sat out and made the bread gummy. Cheese was good, didn't get overly melted and gluey, just softened enough. Great sauerkraut- gave it a soft crunch and went well with the dressing.
