Rocher Choco-Noisette

I had a hard time picking what pastry to order among all the wonderful bakes offered by Zoï 🍮🍰 Eventually picked the “cocoa-hazelnut rock”, which I found absolutely delicious! The bake has several textures which makes it soooo interesting to eat : super crispy on the outside (chocolate coating with hazelnuts), super soft and moist on the inside genoise, and slightly crumbly on the bottom! Really got me wowed!! As for the taste, it is equally amazing 🍫🍪 Definitely worth 4.50€ ! Can’t wait to be back in Lyon to try everything else ☺️
