This restaurant doesn't have any vegan options (apart from the classic tostada with tomatoes that you can find everywhere in Spain), so I asked them if they could prepare something vegan for me. I appreciated the effort, but this roasted vegetables (broccoli, carrots, onions and red bell peppers) were way too salty. This should be because they've been cooked in (too much) soy sauce. The fries were too oily (I know we're talking about fries, but the oil could have been dried a little bit...). This could be a nice dish but something has definitely to be improved.
