ROASTED POTATOES

There were not a lot of vegan choices at this white tablecloth upscale Italian restaurant, but it was my husband’s birthday 🎂 and I was determined to make the best of it. These roasted potatoes stood out as a safe option. I asked the waiter if they were roasted in oil or butter and he confirmed they were roasted in oil. They were good but I guess for $9.00 I was expecting some fresh herbs or something ! It was also disappointing that every pasta and pizza had eggs in the dough and could not be made vegan
