Roasted Cauliflower

Branded as a starter but quite frankly a very delicious and satisfying main! Cauliflower florets were grilled to perfection, with roasted chickpeas and onions scattered on top 😍 The winner was the almond and romesco sauce - a perfect pairing for the crispy cauliflower! This was $18!

Very well made n served hot. The chutney too had a good taste n complimented well.

Perfection on a plate. Veggies so beautifully roasted. And served with quinoa and leaves. The Sin’s vegan options are substantial, but tend to be available on request only. With flavours as beautiful, though, there really isn’t any need for that. Here’s hoping they bring their vegan options to the forefront.

This roasted cauliflower was decent. Had to Veganized this dish even though there were many vegan options. Love it for it's vegan/ vegetarian options! #sg #veganin2020 #sg
