Rice Dumpling Cake

this is insanely good and addictive. very flavourful and interesting in textures.

I tried homemade versions of these for the first time on holiday and loved the gelatinous sticky rice texture, so wanted to try them again in a restaurant before I went! These was really yummy, thick and fresh and stuffed with tofu.
