Regular Burrito "Asada"

We were visiting from California and got a recommendation from a friend to go to Gordos since I am vegan. Very hearty burrito with rice, beans, pico de gallo, and I think TVP for the asada. My non-vegan friend had tacos, also with the TVP. It was funny when the waitress described the different options and my friend cringed when she mentioned the soy curls, so I kept it to myself that TVP is made from soy too. It's a good thing because she loved the TVP, which she would have missed out on if she skipped it just because it's made of soy. I will definitely be back here someday to try their other items.. Very easy to order, as they have a section in there menu dedicated to vegan. I love not having to ask what is vegan and what is not.
