Ras Tibs : Sautéed Seitan | Tomato | Jalapeños | Zesty Berbere Sauce - $19 This was my favorite dish when I had dinner there. Overall everything was interesting and tasty.

One of the specialty dishes at Ras is this, a plate of seitan and onions and tomatoes in injera bread. Delicious, somewhat spicy sauce. Would eat again!!
