Pumpkin And Spinach Quiche

One thing I certainly didn't expect to be eating in Cambodia was quiche! Knew I had to try it as soon as I saw it on the menu 👀 And it didn't disappoint! Was very tasty. The salad on the side a little sad though 🧐 #cambodia #phnompenh #vegantravel #quiche #spinachlove

I was really curious to try a vegan quiche for the first time. This didn’t disappoint, but it didn’t impress too much either. Pretty simple, I did enjoy it but it didn’t blow me away or anything. Relatively mild flavours, would have loved a bit more pumpkin in it.
