Protein Salad

Other restaurants please take note, this is what a proper salad should be like 🥗 💯 It would have been a 5 star dish if not for the protein options being a little limited (only avocado and tempeh to choose from)

WFH has made me miss the random salads in the CBD. I love the ginger shoyu in this and their selection is quite wide with tempeh and tofu! I got this to make the delivery worth it as they also sold vegan kimchi (WHICH HAS BEEN IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ANYWHERE) I got 700g X 2 worth of that and they have their own hydroponics!!! Yes kaleeeee 🌿
