VEGANOFirst time giving such a high review for yusheng! Tbh, I wouldnt have ordered any for this year due to the fact that I am not a fan and that it is costly if not for several recommendations from my virtous friends. This totally had me sold. The ingredients were super fresh and crunchy and the sauce wasnt even oily or gelak like those non-vegan ones. In fact, it was so refreshing and light that I finished half of it enjoyably without feeling gelak at all😂. Would be very willing to order again for next year!

This review comes in a little late by almost a month 🙈 so happy I suggested it for our table considering most of them hadn’t had it before! Fresh flavours and they even had ‘salmon’ on the side (which doesn’t taste like salmon FYI) lovely taste and great for big groups around CNY period
My first Yusheng! It was so much fun tossing the salad and the taste was very unique, my friends told me that this was a particularly sweet version. Not bad tho! Was tasty, cronchy and delicious
Part of the CNY 2021 9-Course Vegetarian Reunion Set. Colourful yusheng featuring fresh produce - almonds, cucumber, carrot, radish, purple cabbage, organic alfafa sprouts, organic pea shoots, and organic beetroot. It was topped with sesame soybean crackers and konjac 'salmon' slices. There was a bright fruity zestiness from the homemade plum sauce, lemon leaves, pomelo pulp, and tangerine peel. Light and refreshing compared to the usual overwhelmingly sweet and sticky yusheng.
