Praw*n Sesame Toast

Loved this prawn toast alternative - sesame tofu and sweet potato puree on crispy toast, served with tangy sweet chilli sauce. Contains nuts.

Needed a bit more salt (and perhaps some seaweed or something for a more seafoody flavour?), but otherwise so so yummy! Basically tofu & herbs/spices mushed up onto toast, deliciously deep-fried and crunchy.
