Prata with Channa

Super crispy and fluffy prata served with chickpea curry. The usual prata set comes with a side called kurma, a lighter coloured non spicy veg gravy. I prefer the slightly spicy side to go with any oily food. The prata is layered so perfectly it has 3 layers at least, made fresh and served hot. The channa masala (the side) can be refilled. The restaurant is packed and hectic during peak hours and they might take longer than usual to serve you but the food quality is great and the delay can be excused :)
